Fixik runs on trust between real people in your neighbourhood. These guidelines describe what we expect from every listing, offer and message — and what we don't tolerate.
Hate speech, banned symbols or slogans, and calls for violence against a group have no place here. General put-downs based on origin, religion or sexual orientation aren't allowed either.
Any sexualisation of minors is absolutely forbidden — including in text with no photo. Pornographic or sexually themed offers don't fit a platform for everyday help.
Glorifying or explicitly depicting serious violence is not allowed, nor is buying, selling or passing on weapons and ammunition. Animal cruelty as the content of a listing is forbidden — an everyday request like "walk my dog" or "remove a dead animal" is of course not a violation.
Demanding payment upfront, or trying to move a deal to WhatsApp, Telegram or phone before an offer is accepted, isn't allowed. This protects you: as long as no offer is confirmed, your contact details stay hidden.
Licence plates, door name plates, ID documents or other personal data belonging to someone else must not be readable in photos, and their name or address doesn't belong in the listing text.
Phone number, email address or messenger handle don't belong in the public listing text. Contact always runs through the Fixik chat — we never share your phone number with other users.
Repeated listings with the same text, keyword stuffing, links to outside shops, or a meaningless string instead of a real title get removed.
Describe your task clearly and pick photos that genuinely match your category. Listings that don't make sense go to review instead of going live right away.
Most listings go live automatically or after a brief check. If a listing is rejected, you'll see the reason right in your account and can revise and resubmit it. A serious violation can get your account suspended — in the most severe cases we deliberately don't notify you, for legal reasons.
Does a listing, offer or message look like it breaks these guidelines? Report it to us via the contact page — we review every report.
